
Norwell Named to U.S. Army All-American Bowl
Anderson High School had the opportunity to celebrate a unique honor bestowed upon one of its own athletes. During a special afternoon ceremony Oct. 26, Army Lt. Col. Matt Carran officially announced the selection of senior Andrew Norwell to play in the 2010 U.S. Army All-American Bowl. Only 90 athletes from across the country were selected for this game. The 10th Anniversary of the 2010 U.S. Army All-American Bowl is scheduled for 1 p,m. Saturday, Jan. 9, 2010, in the Almodome, San Antonio, Texas. The game will be broadcast by NBC.


Congratulations to Marley Rossa & Patrick Campbell who qualified to move on to the Regional Cross Country Meet in Troy, Ohio Halloween weekend.

AHS Senior Tennis Player Bridget Hochwalt was crowned FAVC Champion and qualified for the District Tennis Tournament in Centerville.
